Great central location, spacious and modern rooms with great panoramic views, and a diverse breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and their knowledge of English was helpful. The cleaner and receptionist were attentive and knew my name after only one or two days. The hotel facilitated the delivery of my delayed luggage from the airport without the need for my intervention.

The hotel had a couple of good things going for it. the location was central, making it easy to reach all the tourist spots around the city. Second, the rooms were spacious and modern, with a great view of the city from the windows. Lastly, the cleaning staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ensuring we had what we needed.

The negative aspects of our stay overshadowed the positives. the breakfast was a major let down.

Had an amazing thanksgiving experience at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and modern, and the bathroom was great. the panoramic view of the city from the rooms was breathtaking. the location was perfect, it was easy to reach all the sightseeing spots with affordable taxis. the breakfast had a big variety to choose from and it had everything we needed to start our day well.

The entrance was a bit confusing and could be improved. It was not very welcoming and could leave a negative impression on guests.
